One with invisible illnesses wears many masks. I’m the one in the middle and these are my boys. Some of my illnesses include: fibromyalgia, endometriosis, painful bladder syndrome and spondylosis of the spine. There are no photographs to show how I truly feel inside so I have this saying, “When I can I do! When I can’t I Netflix” On those bad days you will find me coccooned in blankets. Surrounding yourself with people who care and understand you helps immensely as these daily battles do not just affect the body but also the mind.
